What does a business coach do?
A business coach helps you to look at your business as a whole, to clarify your business and personal goals and to assist you to create and implement a strategy to meet them.
Unlike a consultant, who may tell you what to do and then leave you to try to work out how to do it, a business coach helps you to see the bigger picture by supporting your thinking process, asking smart questions and assisting you to use appropriate tools to plan and organise your business, then the coach works alongside you and your team to implement your plans.
How can a business coach help my business?

We work with a range of business to business professionals in many critical areas: accountants, lawyers, bookkeepers, web designers, IT specialists and financial advisors to name but a few. We can help you find the right partners to get the best for your business. If you already have trusted advisors and other professionals, we can work with them to help your business. We can introduce you to providers from our network of professionals to challenge the deals you currently enjoy and help you secure the best deals and the best delivery, enhancing your business and adding value to our coaching.
I am interested in business coaching, what is the next step?
We start with an informal exploratory discussion, usually by phone, to clarify the issues you are experiencing in your business. A face to face meeting normally follows which usually lasts about 2 hours.
